Deferred Compensation

At JRR CC we can take your deferred compensation and borrow against it so that you have the funds available for investment today. A brief example of this would be when we structured a deal for NBA professional that was looking to acquire a company out of bankruptcy. The company had great cash flow, but the current owners were spending money one personal assets instead of putting in back into the business. Our clients representation recognized this, contacted us and we were able to utilize his deferred compensation as collateral to obtain funding to purchase the company out of bankruptcy for pennies on the dollar. Thus creating another revenue stream for client to rely on after retirement.
