Jeffrey R. Rectenwald

 

Jeff began his career as a professional skier, competing on the US Extreme Tour and in mogul events, and appearing in ski magazines and films. After retiring from competition, he entered real estate with one of the East Coast’s largest developers before transitioning to real estate finance, where he structured funding for residential, commercial, and construction projects.

Following 2008, Jeff launched his independent practice, leveraging his financing expertise and industry relationships to help clients navigate the dramatic shifts in lending markets. He continues to consult nationwide, structuring capital stacks and financing solutions for commercial properties, multifamily assets, strip centers, single‑family developments, hotels, and more. Jeff works primarily with private lenders, family offices, private equity funds, and high‑net‑worth investors domestically and internationally.
