Jeffrey R. Rectenwald

Jeff began his career as a professional skier, competing in mogul events, the U.S. Extreme Tour and appearing in various ski publications and films. After retiring from competition, he transitioned into real estate, working with one of the East Coast’s largest developers before moving into finance, where he structured financing for residential, commercial, and construction projects.

Around 2008, Jeff established an independent real estate consulting and finance practice, drawing on his industry experience and extensive network of capital relationships to help clients navigate an increasingly complex lending environment.

Today, Jeff advises clients nationwide on capital strategy and financing solutions across a broad range of real estate assets, including commercial properties, multifamily developments, retail centers, single-family communities, hotels, and ground-up development projects. His work includes structuring debt and equity, developing capital stacks, and identifying financing solutions tailored to each transaction.

Over the course of his career, Jeff has developed an extensive network of relationships with private lenders, family offices, private equity firms, institutional and alternative capital sources, and high-net-worth investors throughout the United States and internationally.

His approach combines decades of real estate and finance experience with a relationship-driven focus on identifying creative, practical capital solutions for complex transactions.
